#2 Frame your picture in some way. This will be the base for our clustering.
#3 Place a ribbon or greenery as your base, and begin clustering ornaments on it.
#4 Clustering takes time...keep going:-)
#5 Add a title in a different quarter of the page.

I kinda cheated-- my paper has decoration on the quarter opposite my photos, so if you want you can do that too:-) I'm not too picky on sticking to the rules you know.
