Katie, I have had 3 c-sections....the first one was horrible...the last 2 I was up and walking within 2 hours.....they advised against it, but I was still doing it!!!

All my babies were C-section deliveries.  Actually, I think the getting up and walking helps TONS!!  Good luck, I am so excited for you!! A new baby is always so nice.  I have a quote in Levi's book...something about Babies are such a nice way to start people.

Jessica, wow that is awesome!!! I didn't walk until the next day with the twins and it was awful. But I had also been on strict hospital bedrest for 17 days so I am hoping this time will be different. I SO want to be up and walking ASAP and am worried they will not be supportive.  :-\

I have heard that quote before, so sweet! Well I will definitely push to get up and walk around, then!

My first night nurse told me getting up fast was the key to getting better quicker.

Katie....I am sure that this will be much different from your last delivery.....I didn't have twins...but I had a 10lb baby!!! My second baby was 9 lb 13 oz. and the delivery was awesome!!!! They dropped the curtain so I could see and everything!!!  You will do awesome!!!
